Frank entered real estate after more than 21 years of distinguished service in the U.S. Army, where he specialized in intelligence analysis, counterintelligence, and operational risk management. He later worked as a cleared defense contractor, designing and delivering advanced counterintelligence training.

Tracy, a military veteran with over 8 years of service, also brings the invaluable perspective of a military spouse. Prior to real estate, she balanced life on the home front during Frank’s multiple military deployments, raising their children and working as an educator at Union Pines High School, where she supported students with special needs, a role she found deeply rewarding. Tracy’s ability to connect with people and her strong sense of empathy continue to shape how she serves her real estate clients today.

Their introduction to real estate began in 2005, during their own first home buying experience while stationed at Fort Polk, LA, on military Permeant Change of Station (PCS) orders. They realized their real estate agent lacked a true understanding of military-specific concerns like VA loans and the stressors of relocation. That experience planted the seed for what would eventually become FTM Realty. Today, they apply the lessons they learned as military buyers and sellers to ensure their clients receive the kind of knowledgeable, compassionate service they once wished for themselves.

Tracy began her real estate career in 2014 while Frank was still on active duty. After retiring from the Army in 2018, Frank eventually transitioned into real estate full-time, bringing his investigative and analytical acumen to help clients navigate complex transactions with confidence. Together, they maintain an operational mindset and work tirelessly in the best interests of their clients.

Having experienced multiple PCS moves themselves, Frank and Tracy understand firsthand the emotional and logistical challenges of relocation. That experience fuels their empathy and informs the high level of care they provide to every family they assist.

Their specialties include Vass, Pinehurst, Southern Pines, Carthage, Aberdeen, Fayetteville, Raeford, Sanford, and Cameron, as well as markets across Moore, Harnett, Hoke, Cumberland, Lee, and surrounding counties. Frank and Tracy have experience assisting clients in all of these unique areas.

Outside of real estate, Frank enjoys cooking and exercising, and Tracy is always taking on new DIY projects around their home. Together, they love spending time with their young adult children and grandchildren, and caring for their outdoor animals—including beloved fur babies, chickens, and goats. Tracy is a proud “Mee Mah,” and both she and Frank aim to stay positive, spread good vibes, and live with purpose in everything they do.
